Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I greatly appreciate your respect for my schedule just as I respect yours. Certain services require a non-refundable deposit of around 20–30% to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout. In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. ALL CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE CARD ON FILE AT ALL TIMES! ***Cancellations & Rescheduling*** Please provide **at least 24 hours** notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with **less than 24 hours** notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service(s). Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge when requested **at least 24 hours in advance**; requests made with **less than 24 hours’ notice** will be subject to the cancellation policy. Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE TOTAL if same-day rescheduling is not available. I understand that unexpected situations arise. Each client is granted up to **two emergency cancellations per calendar year** for circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen events. ***Arrival & Grace Period*** Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to use the restroom and prepare for your service. If you are more than **10 minutes late**, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.
